Incorporated in 2004, SCHB Engineering Services Sdn Bhd (SCHB Engineering), the engineering subsidiary of Suria Capital Holdings Berhad (Suria) provides services in construction, project management & railway engineering. SCHB Engineering supports Suria in overseeing property development ventures at Jesselton Quay and One Jesselton Waterfront. Under its project management portfolio as the civil and infrastructure engineering firm, SCHB Engineering has undertaken major projects in Sabah such as the construction of Sapangar Bay Container Port and railway rehabilitation projects. SCHB Engineering also plays role as Project Management Consultancy (PMC) in ports construction in the state of Sabah.
This project, was completed in February 2011, is for the rehabilitation of Sector 1 of the 134 km-long Tg. Aru – Tenom railway track.
Our most recent project, this railway track rehabilitation contract was completed in March 2021.
The construction project of the Kunak Oil Jetty is successfully completed in September 2011.
